Standing nearly six feet tall, Marjean Holden would definitely not be classified as your typical “girl next door.”

Blessed with a wide range of abilities, she is an exceptional commodity in the entertainment industry.  Coming from a family of entertainers, the statuesque beauty knew at a young age that acting was her calling.  She started her quest in the fourth grade when she produced, directed, and starred in her first stage play.  From that time on, not only did she participate in every play and musical she could, but she also excelled in sports.  “Anything and everything” was her motto, and growing up in Vail, Colorado, she had plenty to do, from skiing, to volleyball, basketball, and track.

Still very physically active, her workouts today consist of weight training, yoga, and running.  She’s trained for ten years in martial arts and often performs her own stunts.

Having made her professional acting debut in 1987 in the feature film, “Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure,” she moved to Los Angeles shortly after wrapping, and she’s been working consistently ever since.

Her early credits were kicked off with a role in Universal’s, “Stop! Or My Mom Will Shoot!” with Sylvester Stallone, and such TV shows as “A Different World,” “In the House,” and “The Fresh Prince of Bel Air.”  More recently, she has been spotted on television in “JAG,” “Tales From the Crypt,” “Star Trek: Deep Space 9,” “La Femme Nikita,” “Suddenly Susan,” and “The Steve Harvey Show.”

She was also featured in Steven Spielberg’s “The Lost World,” and Jan De Bont’s “Speed 2: Cruise Control.”

Marjean starred as Sheeva, the four-armed fighting machine in New Line Cinema’s box office hit “Mortal Kombat: Annihilation,” and was one of John Carpenter’s master vampires in “John Carpenter’s Vampires.”  Her latest project is Disney’s “George of the Jungle 2,” where she handles the role of Sally, a henchwoman hired to steal the deed to Ape Mountain.
