Miracle Laurie is a Southern California native, born and raised in Orange County. She did community theatre growing up, worked as a model for a couple years (even appearing on the cover of Teen Magazine), and then continued to pursue acting throughout high school and college. Miracle graduated from the University of California, Irvine with her B.A. in Drama.
Although Miracle made the move to LA almost 5 years ago, getting cast in some independent films, a co-starring role on MEDICAL INVESTIGATION, and a commercial for Lifetime, DOLLHOUSE is her first major T.V. Role.
Miracle has been a fan of Joss' for years and auditioned for, but never booked any roles on his other shows. Finally, it was the right part at the right time. Her dream had come true and she was cast as “November”. The audience, however, would get to know her as “Mellie” for most of Season 1 on DOLLHOUSE.
Miracle also plays and sings with her fiancé’, Christopher May, in America’s favorite ukulele cover band, “Uke Box Heroes”. She is thrilled to be in the UK and hopes to have a great time with all of you!
